Robbie Effron from South Florida drives this slammed 2010 Dodge Charger R/T. Robbie's goal for this ride was to be different; he was tired of seeing Chargers with chrome 22's and was inspired to create something unique.
Taking just over a year to build, Robbie has successfully accomplished created a unique asset to the Charger community. Facing everything from lack of time to lack of financial resources, Robbie finally progressed to the completion of the vision he had for the car.
Robbie does not currently have any future builds in mind, but does plan to continue to add to the Charger to make it the best it can be. Future plans for the Charger are cams, headers, and interior work, such as a new steering wheel and wrapped headliner. Robbie is even considering a supercharger. Perhaps, he may eventually get a chance to own and modify his dream car, a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T.
Special thanks to: Sound Blazers, Elite Roads, and After Hours MOPAR Performance for all the great work they did on the car.

All the way from Tampa, FL, we bring you a double-feature! Alex Laverde is the proud owner of this 2001 Acura Integra and 2004 Honda Ruckus.
Alex is the original owner of the Integra and has operated on this beauty several times. Installing 3 different nitrous kits, 2 turbo manifolds, and a handful of intakes and exhausts, his work has been beautifully executed. Alex took his inspiration for the Integra and invested in building the Ruckus identically over a course of 4 months. His favorite sites for parts are Honda-Tech.com Market Place and Totalruckus.com Grand Bazaar.
From the beginning, Alex faced obstacles - even while purchasing his Integra. When arriving to the dealership, it seemed like he had arrived at the only dealership where a group of salesmen weren't waiting for him. Finally, a sales representative saw the look on Alex's face when he was viewing the Integra and sealed the deal.
Alex plans to freshen up the interior of his Integra and install a brake kit, bigger cams, and shoot for 500hp.
Alex's dream car is a 1963 Chevy Impala with an Ls1 motor. He was always around low riders growing up, but never had the opportunity to own and build his own. Alex hopes that his dreams will become reality and a 1963 Impala will be his next build.

We bring you coverage from our very own StanceMiami Meet. Held at EliteRoads in Fort Lauderdale on May 4th 2013, the StanceMiami Meet was our first of many events that we plan on doing. This event included food trucks, $40 alignment specials, live DJ, giveaways, etc. We expected to fill the EliteRoads property with cars, but about 2 weeks before the event we realized it was going to be way bigger than we anticipated as people from all over south Florida showed interest in attending. We ended up packing the parking lot, and 3-4 blocks in every direction around EliteRoads with hundred of cars and thousands of people. I've been told by many that this is maybe one of the biggest meets held in Florida. There was great diversity in the cars that came out from rat rods, euros, jdm, domestics, exotics, rucks, and everything in between. Also, we had lots of good, quality builds out there. We are so thrilled it was a huge success and want to give shout outs to our sponsors/partners/vendors who came out to support. Vossen Wheels, Signature Customs Wraps, K3Projekt, Underground Euros, Ibe Stamped, Dipworks Inc., Rodspeed, XO Luxury, Ruff Racing Alloy Wheels. Last but not least huge shout out to EliteRoads for helping us host our first event. Don't worry, we have something else in the works...stay tuned and thank you all for your continued support.

Everyone loves a show stopper, but Anthony Cabrera has taken it to a whole new level! Originally from Houston, TX, now in Hollywood, FL, Anthony has a special inspiration for this build, family.
This 1978 Datsun 280z took Anthony less than a year to build with eye-catching results. Once Anthony got the car, it didn't take long to know exactly what he wanted to do.
Mods include an original color code from vin respray, shaved rear, fender flares, Msa z front lip, Msa rear spoiler, Tien springs, Tokico struts, Diamond Racing Wheels 16x10 -25 all around, 205/50/16 Bridgestone Potenza re760, Msa z twicepipes exhaust, Nardi wood wheel, Sparco quick release, Momo hub, OE Datsun wood shift knob, Corbeau racing seat ,Planted seat bracket, Fujita air filter, headlight covers, Motorsports Z SCCA approved front tow hook, Msa z 240z front bumper. Anthony's favorite sites for parts were Msa Z and black dragon automotive.
Like any (and every) car enthusiast, Anthony's main obstacles in building this beautiful Datsun were time and money. Future plans for the Datsun are a real set of wheels and maybe a motor swap. His dream car is a Zonda R and may have it in the works for a VIP Q45 or a Skyline.
Anthony would like to send a special thanks to his parents, Jose Torres, the employees of Infiniti of Coconut Creek, Dipworks, Inc and, yours truly, StanceMiami. He'd also like to add, "Thanks to everyone once again for everything. I feel blessed to accomplish the majority of my goals so far [for the Datsun]."

James McDonnell from Broward County, FL is the proud owner of this 2012 BMW 535i MSport. This show stopper took James about 1 year to complete; his inspiration was all his own, trying to be as unique as possible.
Although there weren't many problems to run into with this build, one of the major milestones for James was when he installed the Vossen CV2s and coilovers. With these additions, the look of his car was completely changed.
James has many favorites when it comes to websites for buying parts, but his ultimate sites are Bimmian and Turner Motorsports. For James, a build is never completely finished, but he does hope to add Air Suspension next. In the future, he also hopes to "complete" a Fiat Abarth.

Get ready to switch your gears and rev your engines! This is one for the books!
Ron Marchini all the way from Clearwater, FL has been working on this one-of-a-kind 2000 Acura NSX for two years. His main focus was to build a functional car that he could take to the tracks to compete with newer sportscars, all while maintaining show quality.
When Ron originally purchased the car in Rhode Island, the Comptech supercharger already installed made one unforgettable ride back to Florida. Ron added CCW Classics, worked on improving the horsepower, Brembo brakes, and Comptech suspension; recent upgrades include a new front lip from Shine. Ron also plans to get a TypeR hood to boost the downforce and widen the front fenders. Ron Marchini spent a lot of time, money, and effort as he pushed to get the results he was looking for. His most used site for parts during this build was Science of Speed. And, with an exquisite outcome like this, it's no wonder Ron doesn't intend on building anything else in the near future.
Dream Car and Why?: "The LFA, because I think it represents the best car that Japan has to offer...just like in 1991 when the NSX was released."

Miguel's AWD GS

Photography: Kevis Mulchan, Rondon Rigues Writer: Ariel Mulchan
Miguel Morales, from Miami, FL, always had a vision for the 2006 Lexus GS300 AWD. Ever since he laid eyes on this model, all he could see was potential and the mods his hands couldn’t wait to get to work on.
When Miguel finally got the keys in his hands, his vision started to flow. Within two weeks, he already had the windows tinted, installed HIDs, vent visors, and a roof rack. Talk about getting down to business, but Miguel wouldn’t stop there!
Over the course of 9 months, Miguel worked hard to create his vision for a daily driver that would turn heads. He added a lip kit and coilovers, but the hardest decision was the type of rims. Miguel wanted an aggressive and unique look and had to pick just the right set of rims to carry his vision. Finally, he found the perfect set of Varrstoens.
Overall, Miguel’s build was simply following where his vision was leading, but I think we can all relate, at least in some way, to Miguel’s obstacle of financing his build. There is always a bigger, better, sleeker part to order, install, and customize. But thanks to www.l-tunedparts.com, his friends at Rodspeed, ClubLexus forums, Lexus Boys, Gloss house, and his lovely girlfriend, the vision came to life.
Dream Car: Miguel’s dream car is a Porsche Panamera Turbo because “It's the complete package with looks and performance.” However, he plans to get to work on a 4th Gen Supra after finishing his Lexus. Future modifications to look forward to include a Fujita Short Ram Intake, Tanabe Medalion Touring Cat Back Exhaust System, Invidia Midpipe, and Artisan Spirits GS Front Grille.

Steve's Mazda Speed 3
Photographer: Joey Newcombe
Written: Ariel Mulchan
Photographer: Joey Newcombe Written: Ariel Mulchan
Steve Strickland, from Tampa, FL, has worked hard on creating his vision for this 2007 Mazda Speed 3. In the making since 2008, Steve had the incitement to drive his daily like he had never driven it before. His goal? He wanted a rarefied ride that he could enjoy inside and out.
Steve has been working on the car piece by piece and, like any true car enthusiast, isn't sure it'll ever be completely done. The work wasn't easy, though. With limited pickings for this car, Steve was challenged to find and install parts that would be adequate no matter what direction he took with the build. Additionally, Steve faced the specific challenge of finding balance between efficiency and horsepower due to the car's DISI direct injection fueling system.
Favorite Car: Steve doesn't have a favorite car, but says, "I love all makes and models. I would have a hard time picking just one if I had the money to build or buy it." Steve's favorite sites for parts and inspiration are www.streetunit.com, www.mazdas247.com, and www.mazdaspeedforums.org. At the moment, Steve has no current plans for the Mazda Speed 3, but instead is focusing on his wife's GS300. Steve expects this build to be done by next year sometime and hopes to move on to a third build as a personal project.
Shoutouts: Steve would like to thank: Cullen Mariacher and the entire SURE motorsports crew for all their help with his performance needs and knowledge of the platform, Randi Bentia of PAS magazine for all the audio/video equipment and opportunity to display the car at formula D WPB, Matt Meisenbach, Bill Hock and the staff at MCOR automotive for the top-notch work and craftsmanship they put into the SONY install, as well as all my friends who helped with installs and part swap outs throughout the build.

Ivan Mejia from Ft. Lauderdale, FL spent about 4 years building this 1994 Honda Civic EG6. For Ivan, this build has been in the works since he was 14 years old when he saw an older man driving one just like this. His mind began racing with ideas of what could be, and what an appeasing feeling to finally live the dream.
For now, Ivan has pacified his Civic dreams, but may have plans to do a K Series Swap and paint the car over in the future.
Ivan's favorite place for parts, ideas, and research are SKUNK2 and VMS RACING. Although Ivan has been dreaming up this build for quite some time, his dream car is actually a Porsche Panamera. Special thanks for this build go out to Ivan's girlfriend and friends.

This chatoyant '05 Honda S2000 is proof that one can beat the odds and attain their dreams. Ahmad spent his time perfecting his vision, even after being filled with negativity and doubt. For Ahmad, this only fueled him with motivation and desire to prove everyone wrong and create the car he had always envisioned.
Lowered, slammed, then dumped, Ahmad and his daily driver have been through it all. Carefully waiting for the right parts to become available, Ahmad searched through forum after forum to inspire and create his build. Once the parts he wanted became available, he immediately made his move.
Ahmad says, "The Honda S2000 is my dream car because it is the first manual car I drove. Ever since then, I knew I wanted this car because of its look, shape, and RWD." With a little hard work and determination, Ahmad's dreams have become reality. Future plans for this beastly, two-door ride include re-lipped wheels, a new paint job, and flaring the fenders.
Future builds you have in mind? "As of right now my next build is a 93 rx7 which I'm building for both form and function."
Who you would like to thank? "shout out to Slam District Crew."

There’s nothing like a new set of wheels! That’s exactly what Simone Brown from Margate, Florida thought when she got her hands on a brand new 2013 Nissan Sentra SR.
Inspiration for the build started to flow when Simone began seeing all of the FortuneMinds cars and immediately wanted in. Not taking no for an answer, she began to plan her build. As a brand new model, parts for this Sentra were not readily available, forcing Simone to get creative. Simone spent her time wisely, ordering parts and customizing the build even before she had the keys.
After a month of being immersed in researching ideas to perfect this beauty, Simone’s ride was finally complete. As a classy and sleek final product, it just goes to show you, there’s nothing like that of a woman’s work.
